Description
Pacific A2 Gir Cow Cultured Desi Ghee is made using fresh Gir cow milk. The milk is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature and inoculated with a natural starter culture and left overnight to make yoghurt. The yoghurt is churned To separate raw white butter using the a traditional wooden churner called Bilona churning.

Ghee has a nutty flavour,that comes from the caramelization of the milk solids as it taste more refined & buttery .
Colour
The yellow color present in ghee variants stands true only if the cows have been taken care of well and fed good fodder The color yellow comes from the fact that the cow’s milk fat contains a pigment called the Beta-carotene, the carotenoid which is a precursor of vitamin-A.
